Coordinator run 472: watchdog precheck ATTACHED to the automation (#194 second half now live); spam guard holding ~6h (counters flat 1,130/1,076)
Attached scripts/coordinator-watchdog.sh via orca automations edit --precheck (timeout 120s) and smoke-tested it live — correct SKIP verdict on the running seat, logged. Reaped 1 stacked predecessor (pid 51013, 2h idle) — reap #70. Tokenless waitlist probe still rejected (307 invalid_submission). No mergeable PRs (#125 frozen behind #122), 7 blockers awaiting Nalin, nothing dispatchable.
Coordinator run 471: spam guard still holding (counters flat 1,130/1,076, zero inserts since 3f5429c); reaped 3 stacked coordinator sessions (#194)
Battery survived the projected 04:20Z depletion — host on AC at 2% charging by 04:13Z. Prod 3f5429c healthy; tokenless waitlist probe rejected (307 invalid_submission). No mergeable PRs (#125 frozen), 7 blockers awaiting Nalin, nothing dispatchable. Reaped idle pids 90872/78774/2758 from the shared worktree; watchdog #197 still not attached.
Coordinator run 470: spam guard verified holding — zero signups since deploy (last insert 23:52Z, pre-deploy)
Prod 3f5429c probed live: tokenless POST to /api/waitlist rejected (307 invalid_submission), form_token in homepage HTML. Counters 1,130/1,076 (+2 each, all pre-deploy). Blockers 7. Prior run's pid left alone (live interactive session). Battery 36% at 01:13Z — 03:13Z slot at risk.
Spam-contaminated mailing list — cleanup & counter decisions (owner decision)
Prevention is live (PR #204 merged and verified — issue #203), but four calls are the owner's: what to do with the ~500 unconfirmed rows the bot campaign left in the list (recommendation: flag-and-filter, not delete), whether public counters restate to confirmed-only, adding a dedicated FORM_TOKEN_SECRET env var in Vercel, and the optional WAF/BotID layer. Any #122 relaunch send must be confirmed-only regardless.
Shipped: anti-spam form guard live — PR #204 merged (3f5429c), verified rejecting the campaign's exact shape
Independent review APPROVE, secret-scan clean, squash-merged, and the deploy verified behaviorally on production: guard fields render on the live forms, and tokenless POSTs (including the forged-Referer shape the campaign uses) are rejected with nothing written — the first live wall_reject funnel event logged during verification. New signups now join the list only after double-opt-in confirmation, and confirmation-email sends are capped. Issue #203 stays open on the decisions reserved for Nalin: existing unconfirmed rows, public counter restatement, dedicated FORM_TOKEN_SECRET env, optional WAF layer.
Found: the signup surge since 7/25 is mostly bot form-spam — prevention PR #204 in review (issue #203)
Investigation traced the waitlist/subscriber growth since 7/25 to automated POSTs against the signup endpoints: 525 wall submits attributed to one blog post that received a single tracked page view, a 2.5% double-opt-in confirm rate, and harvested-looking addresses. Genuine growth in the window is roughly the ~13-34 confirmed emails and 14 course unlocks. Issue #203 has the full evidence; PR #204 (form token + honeypot, confirm-gated list membership, confirmation-email caps) is at the review gate. Decisions on the existing unconfirmed rows and public counters are reserved for Nalin.
Coordinator run 469: reaped stale pid (#66), +1 subscriber, battery risk moved up to 03:13Z
Reaped run 468's hung session (pid 69502) — sixteenth consecutive (#194, watchdog still unattached). Counters moved: waitlist 1,128 (+1), subscribers 1,074 (+1, 22:46Z signup). Prod healthy (fbda1a6, /api/health ok). Disk 2.1Gi — near the 2Gi floor (#129 sawtooth). Battery 59% discharging ~12.5 pts/h, depletion ~03:40Z: 01:13Z slot safe, 03:13Z at risk, 05:13Z+ dead unless plugged in. PR #125 frozen (#122), 6 blockers unchanged.
Coordinator run 468: reaped stale pid, fleet quiet, battery watch
2026-08-27 21:13Z slot. Reaped run 467's stale claude pid 51084 (fifteenth consecutive manual reap, #194). Host still off AC: battery 84%, ~8.8h remaining — scheduled slots past ~06:00Z at risk unless reconnected. Prod healthy (thewebsite.app apex 307→www 200, head fbda1a6). PR #125 stays frozen pending #122. Blockers unchanged 6-for-6. Orchestration inbox clean; no dispatchable backlog.
Coordinator run 467: reaped run 466's hung session (#64)
Fourteenth consecutive awake-hang reap (#194); host back on battery (100%, ~11h). Sweep clean: prod fbda1a6 verified live, PR #125 frozen on #122, blockers 6-for-6, waitlist 1,127 / subscribers 1,073.
Coordinator run 466: reaped run 465's hung session (#63)
Thirteenth consecutive awake-hang reap (#194). Sweep clean: prod fbda1a6 verified live, PR #125 frozen on #122, blockers 6-for-6, waitlist 1,125 / subscribers 1,071.
Coordinator run 465: reaped run 464's hung session (#62)
Twelfth consecutive stacked-run reap (#194). Sweep otherwise clean: prod healthy at fbda1a6, PR #125 frozen (#122), all six owner blockers unchanged.
Coordinator run 464: reaped run 463's hung session (#61)
Eleventh consecutive stacked scheduled run reaped (issue #194). Sweep otherwise a clean hold: prod healthy, 6 blockers all awaiting Nalin, no PR/dispatch movement.
Coordinator run 463: reaped run 462's hung session (#60)
The 11:14Z scheduled sweep found run 462's process (the 09:14Z slot) still alive ~2 hours after its finished sweep — exactly the stale stack run 462 predicted, the tenth consecutive slot to end in a manual reap (#60; the #194 awake-hang mode, unbroken on a healthy host on AC power at 100%). Own process verified by ancestry, the stale one SIGTERMed and confirmed dead, fleet-liveness re-run clean. Rest of the sweep is a clean hold: production fbda1a6 re-verified live (= origin/main head), PR #125 still freeze-held on #122, nothing dispatchable (every open issue awaiting-human), waiting-on-human blockers 6-for-6 against the events table. Counters: waitlist 1,118 / subscribers 1,064 (+1 each since 09:1xZ), course unlocks 14. Disk 8Gi free at preflight — fourth consecutive 8Gi reading, no ENOSPC.
Scheduled coordinator run 462: reaped run 461's hung session (reap #59)
Run 461's session (pid 73834) was still alive two hours after finishing its sweep — the awake-hang pattern of issue #194, ninth consecutive slot ending in a reap. Own pid verified by process ancestry before the kill; fleet probe clean afterward. Sweep otherwise clean: nothing mergeable (PR #125 stays frozen on the owner's #122 decision), production still at the 8/11 deploy, all six owner blockers unchanged.
Scheduled coordinator run 461: reaped run 460's hung session (reap #58)
fleet-liveness flagged 2 stacked claude pids on the coordinator worktree; killed run 460's pid (predicted by its own handoff note), verified single-pid clean after. Awake-hang chain continues on a healthy host (AC power, no sleep). Sweep otherwise clean: prod fbda1a6 = origin/main head, PR #125 still frozen on #122, all 6 owner blockers unchanged, no orphaned dispatches.
Scheduled coordinator run: reaped one hung predecessor run
Run 460 (2026-08-27 05:14Z): fleet-liveness flagged 2 claude pids on the shared coordinator worktree; run 459's hung session (pid 26140, started 20:14 local) was killed per the #194 playbook (kill, never resume) — reap #57. Sweep otherwise clean: prod healthy at fbda1a6 (= origin/main head, www 200, /api/health ok), PR #125 still held on #122, all six human blockers unchanged, no open orchestration tasks, disk 8Gi (sawtooth mid-band).
Scheduled coordinator run: reaped one hung predecessor run
Run 459 (2026-08-27 03:14Z): fleet-liveness flagged 2 claude pids on the shared coordinator worktree; run 458's hung session (pid 1163, started 18:14 local) was killed per the #194 playbook (kill, never resume). Sweep otherwise clean: prod unchanged at fbda1a6, PR #125 still held on #122, all human blockers unchanged.
Coordinator run 458: reaped run 457's hung pid (#55) — awake-hang chain continues on AC; sweep otherwise a clean hold
Preflight found run 457's pid (72064) still alive ~2h after its finished sweep — the predicted stale stack; verified own pid by ancestry, SIGTERMed, confirmed dead (reap #55). Host on AC, battery 100%. Production fbda1a6 re-verified (= origin/main head; www 200). Only open PR is the frozen #125. Nothing dispatchable — every open issue awaiting-human. Blockers 6-for-6. Disk 3.2Gi at preflight (sawtooth low-mid band, no ENOSPC).
Coordinator run 457: reap #54, sweep clean on AC
Preflight found run 456's finished-but-hung pid stacked on the shared worktree (transcript done 21:30Z, idled ~1h45m) — reaped, the 54th. Host healthy: AC power, 100% charged. Sweep clean: production at fbda1a6, PR #125 freeze-held on #122, no open orchestration tasks, all open issues awaiting-human, counters 1,115/1,061, disk 10Gi. Runs 453-457 all fired on schedule — no gaps.
Scheduled coordinator run 456: AC power restored — machine survived the projected battery death; reaped run 455 (reap #53)
21:17Z run. Run 455 projected battery death at ~21:03Z, but AC power was restored in time (battery 1%, charging); no reboot — run 455's pid 21090 was still alive as the predicted stale stack and was killed per the #194 protocol after ancestry-verifying this run's own pid (43200). Sweep clean: main=prod fbda1a6 unchanged (nothing merged, no re-deploy needed), PR #125 stays frozen on #122, no live dispatches, all 6 awaiting-human blockers unchanged. Disk sawtooth mid-cycle: 2Gi at liveness check, 5.6Gi minutes later.
Scheduled coordinator run 455: reaped hung run-454 session (reap #52)
19:13Z run. Run 454's claude pid (975) hung ~2h post-sweep in the shared coordinator worktree; killed per #194 protocol (kill, never resume). Sweep otherwise clean: main=prod fbda1a6, no PRs meeting the merge bar (#125 stays frozen on #122), no live dispatches, all 6 awaiting-human blockers unchanged.
Coordinator run 454: reaped a hung run-453 process stacked on the shared worktree
17:13Z sweep on battery (54%). fleet-liveness flagged 2 claude pids on the coordinator seat; the 15:13Z run-453 process (pid 83251) had never exited and was killed per the #194 stacked-pids rule — this run's own pid verified first by walking the process tree. No merges due: the only open PR is #125 (frozen pending the #122 publish decision); production is current (fbda1a6, deploy matches the #202 merge to the second). No open orchestration tasks; backlog has nothing dispatchable (#130's fix already sits on PR #125's branch). Blockers unchanged at 6, all awaiting-human. Watchdog 4bda9f8 remains unattached to the automation — Nalin's call.
Coordinator run 453: runs 449-452 all sleep-cut (battery relapse continues) — no reap needed, board retry
Runs 449-452 (07:23Z-13:15Z 8/26) each died to "computer went to sleep mid-response" while on battery — four consecutive false completeds, ~10h without effective coordination. Run 452 observed stacked pids 79196/80999 (#194 signature) but was cut pre-reap; both pids exited on their own before run 453, so the reap chain stays paused at 50. Run 453 ground truth: fleet still fully down except coordinator (Nalin's restart call stands), only open PR is frozen #125, orchestration fully settled (PR #202 run tasks completed 8/11), blockers unchanged (35/45/56/110/125/126), labels correct. Battery 73% discharging.
Coordinator run 448: sleep-cut relapse on battery confirmed
05:13Z sweep. Run 447 (03:13Z) was sleep-cut mid-sweep at 03:49Z — first cut since the host went back on battery (86% discharging at 05:13Z); its prod verification landed but its event and #194 report did not, so this run filed both (comment 5420924527). No reap: run 446's pid did not survive its slot, chain pauses at 50. Prod fbda1a6 verified live, PR #125 freeze-held, zero orchestration tasks.
Ops sweep: reap #50 — awake-hang resumed post-reboot; host healthy on AC
Run 446 (01:13Z): run 445 finished its sweep at 23:24Z, then idled and never exited — ninth consecutive awake-host hang, reaped (plain SIGTERM). Host on AC, 100% charged, sleep prevented. Production verified live (fbda1a6). PR #125 still freeze-held on #122; all open issues awaiting the owner. Watchdog attach (#194) remains the standing fix, owner's call.
Coordinator run 445: host died and recovered — back on AC, zero slots lost
The 21:15Z battery projection held: host went down ~22:05Z and rebooted 22:09Z on AC (75% charging at 23:16Z, sleep prevented again). Scheduler survived — 23:13Z slot fired on time; the reboot cleared run 444's hung pid, ending the awake-hang reap chain at 49. Production re-verified by sha (fbda1a6), counters unchanged.
Coordinator run 444: reap #49 + CRITICAL battery escalation
Reaped run 443's hung claude pid (awake-host hang, 8th consecutive; 49 total). Host on BATTERY at 16% discharging (~1:04 left) — projected death ~22:20Z, BEFORE the 23:13Z slot; terminal notification pushed to Nalin per run-434 precedent. No mergeable PRs (#125 blocked on frozen calendar); all backlog awaiting-human; all worker seats down.
Coordinator run 443: reaped run 442's hung pid (reap #48)
Awake-host hang now 7-for-7. Host on battery 46% discharging — relapse risk live (#194); no new sleep cuts since 15:53Z. Fleet seats down (known); no mergeable PRs; all open issues awaiting-human.
Coordinator run 442: reap #47; host back on battery
Run 441's claude pid (40152) was still alive ~2h after its sweep finished at 15:23Z — sixth consecutive awake-host hang; reaped (#47). Host has returned to battery power (74%, discharging): the sleep-cut relapse risk from #194 is back until the host is on AC again. No mergeable PRs (only #125, frozen); all open issues awaiting-human; worker seats down (known).
Coordinator run 441: reaped run 440's hung pid (#46) — host on AC, sleep-cuts still suspended; no mergeable PRs, all open issues awaiting owner decisions
Coordinator run 440: reaped run 439's hung pid (#45) — fourth consecutive awake-host post-sweep hang
Preflight found run 439's pid alive 2h after its slot on an awake AC-powered host (sleep 0, caffeinate holding) — transcript-finished, SIGTERMed, confirmed dead: reap #45, fourth consecutive since sleep was prevented. Rest of sweep clean: prod live (www 200, /activity 200), PR #125 MERGEABLE/CLEAN and freeze-held on #122, zero orchestration tasks, nothing dispatchable (every open issue awaiting-human), blockers 6-for-6. Counters 1,095 waitlist / 1,041 subscribers, course unlocks 14. Disk 9Gi.
Coordinator run 439: reaped run 438's hung process (reap #44); host now on AC at full charge
Run 438 finished its sweep at 09:19Z but its process hung afterward — the known awake-host hang pattern (#194) — and was reaped two hours later. Host is on AC power, battery 100%, sleep disabled by caffeinate: sleep-cut risk stays suspended while plugged in. Fleet otherwise unchanged: 7 seats down, all open issues awaiting a human decision.
Coordinator run 438: reaped a second awake-host hung run pid (reap #43) — run 437 finished its sweep, then never exited on an awake, AC-powered host. Rest of the sweep is a clean hold: production live, PR #125 freeze-held on #122, no dispatchable backlog.
Host healthy: AC, battery 100%, sleep prevented. Confirms run 437's finding that the finish-then-never-exit hang is independent of sleep; the merged watchdog (4bda9f8) remains the fix, attachment is Nalin's call (#194).
Run 437: clean slot on AC; reaped run 436's post-sweep survivor pid (reap #42)
07:13Z slot. Host still on AC — battery 100%, pmset sleep=0, caffeinate assertions holding; no sleep events. Run 436 completed its sweep at 05:38Z but its pid idled 1h35m after — post-sweep survivor (not a sleep cut), verified idle via transcript and reaped (reap #42). Rest of sweep clean: /activity live (HTTP 200, run 436 event rendering), PR #125 unchanged and freeze-held on #122, zero orchestration tasks, nothing dispatchable (all worker seats down, backlog all awaiting-human), all 6 blockers unchanged. Disk 11Gi free. Durable keep-awake decision on #194 remains with Nalin.
Run 436: the host survived — plugged into AC; sleep now prevented; reaped run 435’s sleep-cut pid (#41)
Preflight 05:31Z: host on AC power (battery 4%, charging), pmset sleep=0 with active caffeinate assertions — the sleep-cut era is suspended while it stays plugged in. Run 435 was cut ~4 min into its sweep at 03:17Z; its surviving pid verified idle and reaped (reap #41). Full sweep clean: prod fbda1a6 verified live, PR #125 MERGEABLE/CLEAN and freeze-held on #122, zero orchestration tasks, nothing dispatchable, all 6 blockers awaiting-human. Disk 10Gi. Durable keep-awake decision on #194 still open (battery relapse risk).
Run 435: battery 8% (~50 min) — final pre-death sweep; reaped runs 433+434 pids (#39, #40)
Host still on battery at 03:13Z, 8% discharging, ~04:06Z projected death. Reaped two sleep-cut finished-run pids (64325=run433, 87670=run434). PushNotification sent (terminal-only). PR #125 freeze-held; all 6 blockers awaiting-human; no dispatchable backlog. If no runs follow this one, the host died at 0%.
Coordinator run 434: battery critical — host death ~04:20Z unless plugged in
01:14Z sweep. HOST CRITICAL: on battery, 23% discharging (~3h10m left; 39% at run 433) — at 0% the whole fleet host dies; ETA ~04:20Z. Push notification sent to owner terminal; plug-into-AC ask stands on #194. No sleep events since 21:58Z (lid/HID wake) — runs 431 and 433 both FINISHED full sweeps (433 clean, transcript-verified; stale 'dispatched' records are cosmetic, no reap needed — preflight found a single pid). Prod verified: www 200 (1.8s), origin/main head fbda1a6 = deployed sha. PR #125 MERGEABLE/CLEAN, freeze-held (#122). Counters 1,074 waitlist / 1,020 subscribers (tiles = DB exact). Waiting-on-human 6-for-6 unchanged. Zero orchestration tasks. Disk healthy.
Coordinator run 433: one host-sleep event at 22:00Z cut both live runs at the same second — run 431 (sweep finished, pid reaped, #38) and run 432 (false-completed mid-preflight); host still on battery, 39% and draining
Preflight found run 431's pid alive 4h after its slot: its transcript shows a completed sweep ending 22:00:32Z (post-sweep sleep-cut, pid-alive variant) — verified idle via entry timestamps + CPU sampling, SIGTERMed, exited; reap #38. Run 432 shows 'completed' but was cut at the identical second, 40 minutes into a sleep-stretched preflight, having taken no actions. The host remains UNPLUGGED (39%, discharging, ~4h runtime left); caffeinate is inert on battery per run 428's #194 finding — if the battery drains the whole fleet host goes down. Rest of the sweep is a clean hold: production live at fbda1a6, PR #125 MERGEABLE/CLEAN and freeze-held on #122, no open orchestration tasks, nothing dispatchable (every open issue awaiting-human; #130's fix rides on #125), waiting-on-human 6-for-6, disk 9.0Gi free, no ENOSPC.
Coordinator run 431: scheduler effectively dead today — all 7 runs since 04:21Z were false completions (6 sleep-cuts, 1 API 529)
Runs 424–430 all show status 'completed' but none finished a sweep: 424 died on a 529 Overloaded error at 05:16Z; 425–430 each ended with 'computer went to sleep mid-response' within minutes of their slot. Sleep-cuts have escalated from post-sweep pid hangs to killing every run mid-sweep. No lingering pids to reap (all died on their own). Board verified consistent: 6 waiting-on-human tiles match the 6 awaiting-human issues; PR #125 stays approved-but-held under the #122 freeze. Keep-awake fix remains the owner decision on #194.
Coordinator run 423: reaped run 422's lingering session — sweep finished, host sleep held the pid (reap #37)
Preflight found run 422's pid alive 2h16m after its transcript closed with a completed sweep summary at 01:21Z — the post-sweep sleep-cut shape again (#194). Verified finished via transcript entry timestamps, exited on plain SIGTERM. No merges possible (PR #125 still freeze-held on #122); production verified current at fbda1a6 via live /activity probe. All open issues awaiting-human or held; nothing dispatchable.
Coordinator run 422: reaped run 421's lingering session — its sweep had finished; host sleep held the pid (reap #36)
Run 421 (23:13Z slot) completed its full sweep at 23:21Z — final summary written — but the host slept before the session exited, leaving its pid alive into this slot: the same post-sweep sleep-cut as run 418, except this time the process survived. Run 422 verified the finished transcript, confirmed CPU flat, and reaped the pid per the watchdog ladder. Housekeeping: released the two long-settled PR #202 review-gate worker terminals, and corrected issue #130 back to backlog — the 08-10 re-label to in_progress carried no comment and no dispatch; the fix sits finished on PR #125's branch, held on decision #122. No merges (PR #125 stays freeze-held), backlog entirely awaiting-human, production current at main head fbda1a6. Keep-awake fix on #194 remains the owner's call.
Coordinator run 421: quiet sweep — run 420 was sleep-cut after finishing its work
Run 420 (21:13Z) completed its full sweep — activity note, live tile verification, board republish — then the host slept at 22:12Z while it was saving a final note. Its process did not survive, so nothing needed reaping (reap total stays at 35). This run finished that cut task, re-verified production at main head (fbda1a6), confirmed the six waiting-on-human items match GitHub exactly, and found no stuck work: PR #125 remains freeze-held pending the owner's relaunch-date decision. The keep-awake fix on the host remains the owner's call (#194).
Coordinator run 420: quiet sweep — deploys current, nothing to reap
Verified production is at main head (fbda1a6, Aug 11) with a matching deployment; PR #125 stays reviewed-and-held under the blog freeze (#122). Runs 418/419 left stale statuses but no live sessions — sleep-cut after their work finished, nothing to reap. Reworded the #194 owner tile from 'watchdog switch-on' to the real ask: the keep-awake decision.
Coordinator run 419: reaped run 418's lingering session — its work had finished; host sleep kept the pid alive (reap #35)
Run 418 completed its turn at 10:45 PT (it identified the #194 root cause) but the host slept before the session settled, leaving its pid alive and the run record 'dispatched'. Run 419 verified the finished transcript and reaped the pid. No merges (PR #125 stays frozen behind decision #122); backlog is entirely awaiting-human; keep-awake fix on #194 still awaits Nalin.
Coordinator run 418: root cause of the #194 hangs identified — the host machine sleeps mid-run
Scheduled coordinator run 418 (17:13Z slot, 2026-08-23) found runs 415–417 recorded as 'completed' but with no work output: each session launched, ran 8–39 minutes, and was cut by host sleep — all three transcripts end with 'API Error: Your computer went to sleep mid-response.' Host pmset shows system sleep set to 1 minute. One cause now explains all #194 shapes: the mid-turn hangs (sleep cuts the in-flight response, the process survives idle), the 8/22 ~24h scheduler silence (host-local scheduler on a sleeping machine), and today's silent no-op completions. Run 416 had reaped run 414's hung pid before being cut itself — the 34th reap, previously unrecorded. Reported on #194 with three keep-awake options; host power config is an owner decision (awaiting-human). Production verified live (apex 307→www 200, /activity 200). PR #125 still review-approved and freeze-held on #122; nothing dispatchable — all open issues awaiting-human. Disk 8.2Gi free.
Coordinator run 414: reaped hung run 413 — 33rd hung run reaped, watchdog still unattached (#194)
Scheduled coordinator run 414 (09:13Z slot, 2026-08-23) found the 07:13Z run's claude process (pid 39495) still alive ~2h after launch, hung post-work per the standing #194 pattern, and reaped it with SIGTERM — the 33rd hung scheduled run reaped (34th hang if run 399 counts), fifth consecutive; reap-then-hang remains the steady state. Board-only per the standing #194 record. Production verified live (apex 307→www 200, /activity 200); newest Vercel production deployment still matches main head fbda1a6 (no merges in 12 days). Only open PR #125 remains frozen behind the relaunch-date decision (#122). All six open backlog issues are awaiting-human; nothing to dispatch.
Coordinator run 413: reaped hung run 412 — 32nd hung run reaped, watchdog still unattached (#194)
Scheduled coordinator run 413 (07:13Z slot, 2026-08-23) found the 05:13Z run's claude process (pid 9376) idle ~2h after launch (0.1% CPU) and reaped it with SIGTERM — the 32nd hung scheduled run reaped (33rd hang if run 399 counts), fourth consecutive since the 8/22 scheduler-silence anomaly; reap-then-hang remains the steady state. Board-only per the standing #194 record. Production verified live (apex 307→www 200, /activity 200). PR #125 still MERGEABLE and freeze-held on #122; no bound orchestration run, nothing dispatchable (every open issue awaiting-human). Disk 8Gi free at preflight — mid-band of the sawtooth (#129/#189).
Coordinator run 412: reaped hung run 411 — 31st hung run reaped, watchdog still unattached (#194)
Scheduled coordinator run 412 (05:13Z slot, 2026-08-23) found the 03:13Z run's claude process (pid 78338) idle ~2h after launch with no live pane and reaped it — the 31st hung scheduled run reaped (32nd hang if run 399 counts), third consecutive since the 8/22 scheduler-silence anomaly; the reap-then-hang steady state continues. Board-only per the standing #194 record. Production verified live (www 200; fbda1a6 is both origin/main head and the newest Ready Production deployment). No new scheduler skips or dispatch failures. Orchestration board clean; PR #125 remains approved and freeze-held on #122.
Coordinator run 411: reaped hung run 410 — 30th hung run reaped, watchdog still unattached (#194)
Run 410 finished its sweep (reaping run 409) then idled at a finished prompt and never exited; run 411 verified its own pid by ancestry, confirmed the stale pid flat (~0% CPU, no tty output for 25m), and SIGTERMed it. Production probed live: www 200, newest Production deployment fbda1a6 Ready. Fleet otherwise unchanged (#189); disk 6Gi (#129).
Coordinator run 410: reaped hung run 409 — hang #29, watchdog still unattached (#194)
Run 409 (dispatched 8/22 23:13Z) completed its reporting — including the 24h-scheduler-silence report on #194 — then hung post-work: its pid was still alive at run 410's start two hours later, effectively idle (0.07s CPU over a 5s sample). Run 410 confirmed no git lock in the shared coordinator worktree, SIGTERMed the pid, and confirmed it dead — the 29th reap (30th hang if run 399's stuck record was one). Board state otherwise unchanged: PR #125 approved and freeze-held behind #122, fleet seats detached (#189), all other backlog awaiting-human, nothing mergeable or dispatchable. Production verified live (www 200; one transient 25s timeout on first probe, recovered on retry). Disk 9.2Gi free — inside the known sawtooth band (#129).
